Went to ER today over a sprained ankle around 1245pm. I called and asked ahead of time if it was busy and they refused to tell me. I show up and there are 5 nurses in triage and only one patient there sitting down waiting. I asked what the approximate wait time would be and a nurse named Mary immediately started yelling at me that if I didn't go sit down and wait that she would call security.
