I have been with Sharp for over 30 years, I have never seen such disrespectful, unconcerned nurses. My daughter was in there for five days with a bowel blockage which cause diarrhea and nurses just didjt want to help. I actually had to tell a nurse to stop ordering my daughter to wipe her front, wipe her back! I ordered her to stop bad nothing me. it was a horrible 5 days. kudos to one CNA Charmaine who was totally wh as t a nurse should be!
RecommendedThe staff, RN, doctors were above and beyond their calls of duty in understanding,knowledge, and compassion. A special hats off to one RN in particular in the cardiology graveyard shift named Michael who made all the difference. A very dedicated and prompt RN who helped me with get thru it all. I will miss him dearly. I luv u Michael. Sohilah Nazir

It's a really great hospital, all of the staff is nice, caring, and friendly. Had a very positive experience staying there for two days for my surgery.

My mom was brought to Sharp Grossmont ER for a fall, and they kept her in the hallway when there were at least three open rooms vacant. Been very patient until three hours had passed and I finally asked if she can be transferred to a room not in the hallway where there is no privacy and was very distracting , with the nurses, doctors, paramedics, lab techs, transporters walking back and forth.
