I had to wait over an hour for my appt. I finally told them to reschedule me because I didn’t want to wait any longer. What’s the point of scheduling an appt if you are not going to be seen on time ? In fact I came 15 min early to my appt. I should be paid the late fee. This is so annoying. I get that staff gets busy but at least inform your patients.

FYI I’ve been here before with no issues. BUT TODAY; Arrived at 0620 with sharp pain in my shoulder,,,, (can’t sleep since 2am do to pain) waited 2hrs in waiting area with nobody else there for emergency. Finally get X-ray (torn rotator cuff) and the PA gives me a Percocet I ask for a pain Med injection since the 1 pill didn’t help. Response: “Nothing else we can do for you here” are you SERIOUS??? I thought I came to the ER for help. $120dlls later for 1 Percocet and 3 hrs (and counting)... of nothing
