They were not trans friendly although I called before hand to make sure so that I would feel safe. Told me they were and to come in. I was in a lot of pain & the only people who actually showed some decency, was a female nurse and female doctor. I had my birth name constantly called after I told them my preferred name and gender. I saw them wheeling a different patient with a broken leg & the “new guy” (who was so rude even to me) bumped his broken leg on a wall and shrugged saying “oops sorry” with no care. RecommendedMy mom who is a 90 years old Dr David Castillejos patient has been very happy and pleased since Dr Castillejos performed her cataratas removal few days ago. She has no pain at all and besides that all the Castillejos Eye Institute/Clinic crew was always kind and supplied my mom’s needs. We highly recommend this clinic because its personnel is very skilled, attentive and professional.
