The customer service was great! I visited the Sharp Memorial Hospital but didn't receive a compete doctor checkup. The whole process was rushed. After waiting for more than 3 hours, I didn't receive the help or attention I needed. After a day later I wasn't feeling good so I called the Sharp Hospital customer service, the head nurse was very rude and did not help me. Just got kicked out of my personal room in the ER for someone who has no insurance and I have a PPO. On top of that I keep getting discharged and told to come back every 12hrs to continue IV antibiotics and getting charged $100 dollars every time with no end in sight from any of the doctors instead of getting sent home with home healthcare or answered the question of what is envolved in my long term care. Every visit here is like Groundhog day due to no one charting enough information for the next visit, but that happens to ... read more

Had a new visit with Dr. Laliotis over sleep and anxiety issues. He was very personable and seemed genuinely concerned with my current situation. Also, this facility has to be hands down the nicest and cleanest medical office and waiting room I've ever been to.
