The response time blew me away! I put in the ticket mid-morning and we had a tech out by 1pm. Our technician was Susan and I can't say enough good things about her! She's knowledgeable, courteous, professional and she goes the extra mile (or miles in our case)! I'm 110% satisfied with Sharp's service!
Sharp has outsourced their service on the KIP large format printers, the new company is OK but it now takes like 4 days to get service. I would look somewhere else for a large format printer. Brian Wheeler Crystal Marble Co
