The inevitable happaned...I locked my keys in my car. Thankfully I was at my office. I called around to multiple places but talked to Phil on the phone and could tell he was an outstanding guy (plus one of the least expensive services around the area; no hidden fees, just one flat rate!). I've never had such great customer service in my life. He was here right on time, opened my 200 year old China Cabinet on the second try and gave me the key and said welcome to Austin. I just can't say enough good about Sharp Brothers. If you ever need a locksmith I highly recommend this company. I was totally freaking out about how to get into my cabinet since it was so old. They totally made the worst move I've ever had so much better. Thank you and God bless this good old fashioned customer support company.
I've hired them to do just about everything a locksmith can do, bought a safe, rekeyed my house every time I moved, reprogrammed my car keys, changed out all the hardware with better quality deadbolts, even hung a new front door for me once. They are great guys and family owned.
needed a second program key for my jeep and the dealership wanted $300.oo..... Sharps did it for under $100.00 great guys and great prices!
Phil responded promptly, arrived on time, was friendly, informative and professional. He fixed 2 locks very quickly (and incidentally got my garage door opener working). I highly recommend Sharp Brothers Locksmith!
