Terrible communication, no follow up emails or text on the where abouts of my order, was told it would be ready on a friday by midday perfect to work on the car for the weekend, had no communication so i called 3 times with no answer, went in and the receptionist (quite condescending also) sitting at the counter, was then told will not be ready till monday afternoon, which i have no problem with but as said before no communication was established to tell me this
Completed what was asked of them and costs were reasonable.

Incompetent and dishonest I had a terrible experience dealing with Sharp 4x4 Bibra Lake (an Ironman 4x4 dealer). Incompetent - Following an Ironman GVM upgrade on my ute, they told me that my car didn’t need to go over the pits for an inspection. I’m not an expert, but even I know that’s not correct. This place not honest , charge me for extra large apex RPV valves for standard. Over charge buy $40.
