Sharon Shepherd NP-C is highly knowledgeable and extremely professional. She has been my primary care doctor for 14 years. I am so happy about telehealth appointments- The appointment started right on time and Sharon was focused and expertly got to my issue quickly which allowed me to resume my work schedule in no time at all. She always ran late, but did spend alot of time, initially. I went out of town and forgot one of my medications. I called right away, assured by the pharmacist in the town I was staying, she just needed to call in 7 or 8 doses to get me by (it was not a controlled substance,). There were alot of messages back and forth and unneeded frustration.
