Our family have been patients for years. Dr. Wynne and his team are exceptional - they all greet you with a smile and actually know your name. Dr. Wynne is gentle and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable with as little pain as possible. He even calls and checks up on his patients. Where to begin? I unfortunately found Dr Reid when I first moved to NC. I needed a few dental procedures and sadly trusted her and her staff to take care of me as I spent my literal last dime to fix my teeth with her. Her office stole $650 from me. Her receptionist, Dawn, asked me if I wanted to use that money as credit or have it refunded. I said credit. I have never been so happy with a dentist and staff in my life. I’ve been through the mill with dental work all my life, but for the first time, I feel like I have a team of people on my side. I had three crowns done today, and even after the numbing wore off, I was in almost no pain. Sharon truly cares about her patients, and she’s phenomenal at being meticulous with everything she does. This team is AMAZING! Dawn greets everyone by name as they walk in the door, including me, and it was my first visit! My previous dentist seemed to have missed a few things but Sharon, Lisa, and Haley took excellent care of me and set up an excellent treatment plan. I’ve never had a pleasant visit to the dentist until today. Thank you!
