RecommendedQuality of examinations and competence of staff
Just called for appt. Was informed they were booked until the end if July. Explained that I am having some vision issues and I already see a specialist and is there anything for existing customers with problems. Not til end of July. Wasn't until I mentioned macular degeneration did they want to work with me. Too late then. Staff didn't even inquire as to issues I was having. Didn't care. Sharon Optical, Dr. Frank and his staff always aim to please and, with my wife and I, have always succeeded in that respect. Dr. Frank puts us at ease with a fresh delivery of the same funny, stale jokes that he told last time. ;^) That's half the fun. So, enjoy, already!
