Her office staff and the doctor are so nice and very helpful in explaining all the information.
This doctor is the most arrogant, rude person I have ever met in the medical field. She walked into the exam room and said, "Who's the smoker?" As if that wasn't bad enough, she wanted to know about my previous records. I had a family member with me who looked them up on her phone. When she told Miller that she had them up, Miller turned and looked at her like she was a big on her shoe and rudely told her that she already had them. Great Doctor
Absolutely superb! Dr. Miller is amazing. Three staff could be better, but in all honesty, healthcare and friendly office staff do not exist any longer. This is the physician to trust! (Patient and healthcare professional)
Have been with this doctor for about 4 years. Initially I felt she was kind, caring, and had a good experience. Since then my experience has gone downhill. Office staff is often rude. Calls are not returned. Messages are not given to appropriate staff. Scheduled appointments are changed without confirmation. The last couple of visits with doctor were very impersonal, rushed, and I left feeling like i was just a number. Did not feel doctor really remembered my case or really cared.
Dr. Miller is concerned about the financial bottom line, not convenience to the patient. Her billing practices are questionable. Telephone calls have gone unreturned, and my disputed bill has been turned to collections.
I had a great experience with Dr. Miller. She was very kind and patient with me, I will definitely see her in the future.
Excellent patient rapport. I would recommend her highly. The entire offic staff was helpful.
