Best dentist I've ever had
Everyone is friendly from Cynthia the receptionist to the assistants to the hygienist as well as dentist. There is genuine interest in your comfort. Most important, the dental care is so thorough and and great suggestions on maintenance and care.
The dental assistant in training should wear her hair up as it gets in the way and in the clients face, when she is reaching for something, etc. Also, ask the client if they would mind if a new assistant in training participates or actually does the work to be done, a trained personnel should be with her in the room to observe what she is doing as she is doing it instead of after the fact.
The outer office staff is always considerate and respectful. I really appreciate Dr. Albright’s professional manner as well as her technical skill, caring and knowledge of her craft Although I’ve only had two of the hygiene technicians clean my teeth, Boba is exceptional in taking care of and recommending proper oral hygiene. My teeth always look and feel great after treatment.
The receptionists are always very kind when any customer walks in. Dr. Chen did a wonderful job explaining exactly what she was doing during the process, how to take care of my temporary filling and what the next steps were.
The only thing I would change is the appointment time frame. It was weird that my first visit for feelings she had to rush off to the next patient. On my second installment she was working on another patient at the same time. Towards the end she had to rush off again. She is very nice and calm, but I just wish she had time explain the process more especially if there are changes or additional work added.
I really like Dr Albright and her team. They are professional and friendly. They take all measures to make me comfortable. I have with them now for more than 5 years.
