Dr. Hartmans is a thorough and compassionate doctor. It’s very important to me that my medical providers consider me a team member and treat me with respect. Dr. Hartmans certainly does. I am delighted that she is my primary care doctor!
Dr. Hartmans is such a carrying, knowledgeable and attentive doctor. She listens, spends a long time with every patient and really attends to every need. On top of everything, she is friendly and nonjudgmental. I've had a great experience with Dr. Hartmans and I highly recommend her to anyone!
Dr Hartmans is such a lovely doctor. She has a great bedside manner and really calmed my nerves on an issue with my son. She spent a long time with us and really showed compassion and understanding for our situation. Really happy we found her at Kaiser.
Excellent primary care is hard to find - Dr. H is efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and approachable. She is a gem and if her panel is not full- you are lucky to have her!
I 100% agree with the commentator who stated that this "doctor" was dismissive and unprofessional. She's quite lazy and is quick to deny approval of any tests or other necessities to avoid following up with you if she is not your primary doctor. Thankfully, I was able to immediately schedule a secondary follow up right after getting off the phone with her, and got all of my tests done same day thanks to a far more respectful and competent provider.
