Completely unreliable. Asked ME to cancel an order THEY failed to fulfill in time.
I never write reviews, but my experience at this flower shop was so awful, I feel I need to warn others. The owner was incredibly rude and the prices were outrageous. She kept removing flowers from my arrangement, and what I ended up with was tiny and overpriced. Don't go here if you want to be treated with respect or get a fair deal. I would give it zero stars if I could.
I ordered the Sharon Flower Basket 001 and select the upgraded size, hoping to receive something similar to the photo shown on the website. I understand that some flowers are seasonal and substitutions may be necessary, but the arrangement I received looked nothing like the picture. They didn’t even attempt to match the original color scheme, which is one of the most important aspects of a flower gift.
