When my mothers cancer returned doctor Robertson did not want to have the hard conversation with us that my mother needed to start hospice care. Instead she sent us home with a pill prescription to control the pain and told us a month is the earliest we can get you in for a biopsy. My mother ended up in the hospital two weeks later due to agonizing pain of the cancer. Part of being a doctor is having the hard conversations with patients. This doctor failed to do that. She was very inhuman with the way she treated our family.
Dr. Robertson was amazing. She helped ease my fears and explained everything very thoroughly.
Dr Robertson is a 5 star Dr.!!! Answered all of out questions, was compassionate, kind, caring etc...she truly lives by the golden rule. Spoke to me very kindly as she knew it would be a hard decision for someone my age. She followed through above and beyond at every point. Her besdie manner was impeccable, down to holding my hand before I went under for surgery not once but 2x. Would highly recommend her!! Out of a 10 I'd rate her a 1000!!!!! I don't think there is a better Dr. Out there. Well done Dr. Robertson thank you!
