The staff is very polite and funny. Made me feel very calm which I appreciate I always have anxiety when I visit dental offices.but they made me feel at ease and was a overall great experience. I really appreciated the tech I think her name was Roldy. She gave me a breakdown of what to expect and was funny as well as informative. All around I'm glad I found this office
I had a recent tooth extraction that was as easy and (relatively) pleasant as likely possible. The extraction procedure was efficient and the recovery period was problem-free. A lot depends on the individual situation of course, but I would recommend this practice.
These people are criminals. They charge your insurance company above and beyond what they should. If you’re a patient here call your insurance company and ask them to go over with a fine tooth comb. These people cancelled my last three appointments with next to no notice and still billed my insurance company for them. Even though they cancelled. This place has gone in the toilet since dr gauchman left. 35 years I went to this practice- no more. Criminals!
The staff at Sharon Dental Group are fabulous. Eva, the receptionist has a smile that immediately puts one at ease. This, coupled with her expertise in biling, retrieving records from a different practice, professional yet gracious attitude ensure patients are at ease. She is a true gem! Lynn, the hygienist is able to be humorous, highly competent and understanding all at the same time.
