I woke with a bleeding gum, and had a show booked later in the day. Dr. Doty and staff made time to see me and skillfully took care of the problem, explaining clearly as he worked, always concerned regarding my level of pain. Thanks so much!! I’m from out-of-town and had a dental issue. Dr Doty was my mom’s dentist and was always so good to her. I called and they worked me in and took care of my problem. I can’t say enough good about them!
It was my first time at Dr. Doty’s office. Staff was friendly and helpful. The office was a little hard to find, but the service was good and I especially liked his son who did my exam and was very thorough and friendly. I would recommend his office.
Very professional service received from arrival to departure. The exam was thorough and complete as was the cleaning. Unlike other offices I have visited, this office said they would submit to the insurance company and advise me of any remaining balance. Other offices required me to pay in full and keep the reimbursement check. I liked the care and convenience.
My 16 year old daughter is still a little nervous around the dentist. We had to switch dental offices because of our insurance and Dr Doty was highly recommended. His office was excellent. From the front office to the dental hygienist to Dr Doty himself, everyone was kind and very experienced. We found out that my daughter needed her four wisdom teeth extracted and they helped us find a good oral surgeon who would take our new insurance and who comes highly recommended. I am very pleased with my first appointment with Dr. Doty and his staff. The office was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. Hygienist, Kathy, was very friendly and professional. I would rate my first appointment as very good.
