Owen in service was great. The new inspection videos they do are great and share transparency with suggested services.
I had an appointment scheduled at this dealership, who I was supposed to meet with was busy assisting another customer. Kirby took matters into his own hands and asked if I needed any assistance, and I did. Kirby happily helped me and my mother navigate several cars and several price points. Kirby was very professional and was not pushy in the slightest.
