The service team at West Herr of Clay is fantastic.
Was greeted promptly on arrival and they tended to my vehicle right away. They completed the service in a timely manner and let me know what services I was going to need later. Friendly, professional, and treat their customers very well.
My experience here, as always, was amazing. They treat you like family. They get you right in for an appointment. No surprises or BS just great service. They give you the small town family owned shop treatment but with the expertise and cleanliness of a new car dealership. I was a customer of Sharon Chevrolet and will continue to purchase vehicles as well as get them serviced here because the experience has been the same as when it was Sharon which is very important to me.
I was greeted/ checked in soon as I drove up to the service entrance. The requested repair was done in a timely manner at a reasonable price
West Herr of Clay is a place anyone can feel comfortable buying a vehicle. They are professional , and i can tell that they want their customers to be happy. Both Paul Dickens IV, and Brian White will make sure that you are well taken care of. I would buy here again in the future
