I’m laughing a bit as I saw the previous review and just had the opposite experience. Phone was answered by her and was super helpful in her offering of information and scheduling.
I called and the call was answered within two rings. I heard a bunch of birds tweeting, and a LOT of people talking. One man's voice stood out asking, "What are you guys doing here?" Kind of like he would to friends. I said, "Hello," a couple of times, but no one answered me. I heard a woman say something like, "Oh, mom you've got someone," or something like that, then my call was placed on hold. Very unprofessional overall.
