Sharon is one of the best. Have been going there for years and she is so easy to talk with, takes her time listening and is so compassionate and down to earth. Highly recommend her and this particular office.
I have had nothing but issues with this a facility s8nce I changed pcp offices (due to insurance change). From missed referrals to nutritionist (whom are in the same office), to Prescriptions not being sent to the pharmacy, appts they never scheduled, and now today, they sent the wrong prescription refill to the pharmacy! I had a gal call me today to tell me 2 prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy... I requested only 1! And the pharmacy never received the one I needed. I am rating Sharon Oritz a 5 but the 3 star is the overall rating for the receptionist and the Nurse Practitioner and anyone there on Friday September 6th. My appointment was the Tuesday prior. A prescription was supposed to be called in to King Soopers. Called them and was told the transcriber did not directions on how to take the medication.
