I am quite satisfied with Dr. Vivek Sharma, after all is said and done, but initially, I was concerned that we only had phone contact with him, when he decided that Hip Pinning surgery should be performed on my 93 yr. old mother, w/o seeing her in person. Obviously, he had seen the x-rays of broken her hip, but she had also lost a lot of blood from a huge gash on her head when she fell at home. The fact that she had been on Xarelto was important, so he wisely postponed surgery. He listens.
