Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this general practitioner's office? Yes Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
