Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? The staff is incredibly rude, even the pharmacists in town express their frustration at having to deal with this office. Insurance billing is done incorrectly and then patients are billed for amounts they do not owe. When confronted with these issues the doctor has threatened patients and even left the building while patient is waiting for a resolution.

Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was this provider's office too cold?
