Dr. Ritu Sharma and Dr Ray Santos both are excellent doctors very knowledgeable, patient, and caring. Julia ,Samar, Jahanna , Wesam and Yasmin are wonderful too; They are warm, attentive, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the visit. The clinic is clean and well organised.
I’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ritu Sharma and her amazing staff — Jahanna, Julia, and Samar. I’ve been bringing my daughter here for her vaccinations and regular checkups, and every visit has been smooth, friendly, and reassuring. Dr. Sharma is incredibly knowledgeable and patient — she always takes the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I feel comfortable with my child’s care. I’m very grateful to have found such a compassionate and professional pediatric team.
My husband, son and I have been patients at DRS for over 7 years. Dr. Sharma and Dr. Santos are knowledgeable, caring and respectful. Also, the phlebotomists are highly skilled, and great with kids. My son has autism and everyone in the practice approaches him with patience and compassion.
It’s been a hassle to get an appointment though I’ve been a patient for over 2 years, even for annual physical check up, last year,they couldn’t slot me in early December and this year while I was supposed to have a confirmed appointment in June, the scheduling team botched up and now I can only be slotted in September and that too for an afternoon slot when I should be fasting Inspite of the history with Dr Ritu, they are pushing me towards another doctor- Requests for rescheduling if there are any cancellations are also no... read more
I spent an hour speaking with my insurance rep trying to select Dr. Sharma Ritu as my PCP since their website said that they are taking new patients. I urgently needed a referral for a specialist since I've had my period for over 3 weeks now. All I needed was a quick telehealth call.
