I didn’t feel a single hint of unconditional positive regard, and that was in the first 2 sessions. Way too forceful and quite tactless in terms of rapport and timing in all honesty. Probably a good fit for some, but avoid if you’re in your 20s or 30s.
Sharma is a wonderful therapist, sensitive to serious issues. She was able to help me move toward my goals and achieve success. She focused in on several things I was dealing with and offered caring, clear and concise solutions. I think Sharma is a gifted, brilliant therapist; empathic and kind. I recommend her highly.
Sharma Bennett is an excellent therapist, the best I have ever been to. She is understanding, filled with empathy, and has many useful ideas I was able to apply to my marriage as well as the raising of my children. She was also able to help me focus on career in these uncertain times, helping me trace my employment history and how to obtain new employment with less stress. I was a bit anxious about going into my first meeting, but Sharma immediately put me at ease. She noticed my discomfort and addressed it right away in such an accepting manner that it felt just natural to open up after that. She makes you feel really engaged, like she's in this with you. Sharma is an extremely empathetic and intelligent person and in a short time has supported me through one of the toughest transitions in my life.
