LIVE MUSIC & GREAT PEOPLE – Sharkys is a great place!! I've been going there for years and love the different bands and am VERY happy "the Wrest Home" band is GONE! Staff and James has always treated me and my friends with respect.
Totally disgusting! – I completely agree! Ever since the new owners-James and his wife-bought the place it has gone DOWN hill. The main reason to go there was to see The Wrest and they got rid of them and they continue to make bad decisions. Sharky's has become a trashy and even more disgusting place! Disgusting Place – Have been a regular here since the doors opened. Unfortunately the place has deteriorated so much it is time to close this place. The owner (James) uses the place as his personal pick up bar looking for any woman he can find. The service is terrible, the drinks are watered down, and the food is disgusting. ON THE DECLINE – I have been a regular at Sharky's for several years, and I have to say my trips there are becoming less-frequent. Many years ago, this place was a great place to go to unwind. The drinks were good, the waitstaff was attentive and the band was amazing! My friends and I would spend many nights a week in there dancing and drinking the night away. terrible experience with the bouncer/bartender – I went with a out of town guest who didn't have an ID on him at the time. I as wondering if we could still use the pool table without the guest drinking. The bouncer who was also the bartender was rude from get go and in response to my question started using cuss words. If he was a little less provocative we would have gone back with an ID since I live only a couple of mins from this place. Needless to say we left and we are never going back.

Best Wed Night Around!!! – Just visited Sharky's this last Wed after Slightly Stoopid at Innsbrook and had a blast! Not very crowded but plenty of fun. Waitresses were nice and it was easy to get a drink from the bar (bartenders were cool too!)! Unlike BAR LOUIE! Anyway, it was fun and the band from Innsbrook was there partying as well. Definitely my favorite place for a Wed!
What a place! What a band! – Let me start by saying that I have been a loyal customer of Sharky's for years and while ownership has changed most of the faces have remained the same. There is a band "The Wrest" that plays every wednesday and friday, and let me tell you they are great! Don't waste your time or money – This is the worst place ever. Have to say that food and atmosphere seem more like the docks that the suburbs. I don't much care what the wait staff look like but the owner seems to be some sort of comic book character! Don't waste your time if you want someplace to relax and have a little fun.
