I'd give it 2 stars simply because its a neat place for kids. But our appointment was at 10, the guy got there at 1045. He was good with my son but flew through it. Then the lady said it was $24.95 (after waiting 45 minutes I thought that was crazy but I dont like conflict) so i paid. Then i look at my bank statement today and it says I paid $29.95. She confirmed everything on the screen so i never got a chance to confirm the price myself. I wont be coming back here and I was excited for my kids to have a new place to go to ... read more

We had a very bad experience on our fist visit. Anthony (hair dresser)was very rude from the moment we walked in, he had no patience with us not even with my 3 year old son, we had to request someone else to finish the haircut because he had a bad attitude and started arguing about the way we wanted to cut our sons hair. We don’t understand how someone with an aggressive attitude could work with children. We paid for the services but left this place very unsatisfied and upset with my sons haircut.
Just was there. Called and got a 2pm appointment for our infants first haircut. We live in winter springs so we drive over and when we arrive 10 mins early and say it’s going to be 15 mins. No worries. Someone with an appointment at 2:15 comes in at 2:10 and they take him over our 2pm appointment. Really, I’m ok with places like this run behind but why did we get pushed back. Left at 2:30 when we were told 10-15 more minutes. My infant was mad when we left cause he was getting antsy after sitting for 40mins. Not happy. Today... read more
