We had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff made my child feel welcome, comfortable, and even excited about getting a haircut—which is no small feat! The environment is bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed for kids. There were fun chairs, kid-friendly entertainment, and little details that made the whole experience feel special. I originally booked an appointment for the girls haircut with tinsel/unicorn hair. I was 10 minutes late for my appointment, so the stylist said we could only do a regular haircut. They did not wash or blow dry her hair or offer her hair glitter/fun extras. They offered to style her hair, which she refused, but that’s about it. It felt very rushed and less of a fun experience for the kids. For almost $40, the service was not worth the money.
Tracy was patient and kind to my daughter during her appointment. She added this style with clips at the end and my girl was ecstatic. The cut was perfect!
Tracey, Laura, Desiree were all working so hard when we got there. I brought in my daughter for a wash, cut, style and the attentiveness that was given was outstanding. They put everything else aside and make your child their top priority. The services are very affordable and top quality work.
The team members working here are all very nice and the environment is cool for kids, but we’ve come here multiple times and the appointment has never started on time. Maybe they need to book some buffer room in between appointments or something, although even when we booked to be the first appointment of the day, the stylist arrived late so we still waited about 15 minutes. I really love everything else about coming here, but I don’t know if I can continue to return after having the same experience time after time.
