I believe the hairdresser was named Zee I can’t quite remember but she did amazing with my son’s first haircut! He is 1 and hates his hair being messed with and she did a great job distracting him and making him comfortable during the entire interaction! 10/10 recommend for littles!

We came here for my 2 year old’s first haircut. Specifically because they do a whole thing and I was emotional about cutting his baby hair. They were very good with him, she talked him through what she was doing, and he was very comfortable in the car chair- so much that he didn’t want to leave. I want to thank Z for doing a great job on my son's hair. She was very calm and patient throughout. My son is a bit nervous with new people with sheers but he was more calm than usual. I believe Z's sweet personality and gentleness had everything to do with it.

Tried to set an appointment multiple times last night and yesterday and the site wasn't working and no one was answering the phone. Went in today to see if we could get a walk in. The girl up front must have been new and had to go back over and over to ask the stylist if what we needed was doable, and I saw the stylist sitting in her chair on her phone, instead of coming up and letting me know, the girl had to play messenger. Stylist came off very unprofessional. We will stick with the stone oak location from now on.

Candace just detangled my daughter's hair and did 2 braids. We were a walk in so I appreciate her even taking us. She worked fast and it was very hard tangles so I am grateful she was able to do it quickly and efficiently. If you come to sharkeys make sure you ask for Candace. She knows how to do it all and she's extremely fast. She also cut my son's hair a couple months ago and was very fast and efficient. Ask for her and tip her. She deserves it.
