Weird, stale service. No music playing, hairdresser did not seem the most accommodating with kids who struggle. The cut was fine, the experience was subpar. Wasn't offered the lolly or balloon that the website says after the visit. The scared kids get the mid-tier treatment.

Biggest shout out to Mara for doing an amazing job on my sons hair!! She was so sweet and talked him and me threw the whole thing. She’s absolutely amazing
I just took my daughter there today for her very first salon experience & let me just say they pampered my little princess 🥰 I can’t remember the name of our stylist but she was phenomenal! Very kind & slow with things for my unsure little one, she really did a great job on the cut itself, as well as her nails, & tinsel extensions. My little one loved the disco ball, the cotton candy smelling shampoo, & the awesome little car she got to drive while getting hair done.
