My 3 boys showed up for a haircut with appointments. The staff checked us in, but did not communicate with me about when my children would be seen. At 20 minutes past our first appointment time and 5 past the second a stylist came to the waiting area not to get even one of my boys started, but two other children who’s appointment weren’t for another 10 minutes. The staff was rude and talked badly about us in Spanish. They even stuck their tongue out and rolled their eyes at us when we asked her to fix our choppy haircut.

Worst experience I’ve had. We walked in and the place was visibly unclean—hair all over multiple chairs. The stylist working around 11 a.m. on 4/20/2026 was in the middle of coloring an adult’s hair and seemed rushed from the start. When it was my son’s turn, she pulled out a cart full of clippers and tools, which immediately scared him and caused him to start crying. Very disappointed with our experience as returning customers. We had a 1:20pm appointment for our toddler. My husband called ahead to let the team know he was running a few minutes late and arrived at 1:25pm—just 5 minutes after the scheduled time. Unfortunately, he was turned away immediately and told it was too late, despite already being in the shop. What was most frustrating wasn’t just the policy itself, but how it was handled.
