I debated on writing this review. I've taken my son twice to get his haircut. The first haircut was not good but I chose to give this place a second chance to see if the outcome for the first was just a fluke. This last time upon going in as a walk-in I witnessed the same hairstylist from the last time rush through a special needs girls haircut in less than 5mins. Our appointment was scheduled for 4:35 PM, and we arrived at 4:25 PM. We ended up waiting until 5:00 PM, and when we reached out to inquire about the expected wait time, the response we received was simply “I am not sure.” I completely understand that delays happen, but a simple heads-up on the wait would go a long way, especially when managing a 3 year old who is growing restless

Terrible experience. I walked in with my son on May 8th at around 4pm and I was not asked if I had appointment. The lady (Anna M) told me to sit and wait until she was done which we did. I showed her the inspiration picture below and she began cutting. She called my son Lucas a couple times and I didn’t really pay attention since my son’s name also starts with an L, since we have been there before. They were really nice to us, but other then that my daughter asked for a trim and she left with a bob, we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt so we came back a year later and they did the same exact thing she asked to cut off her dead ends and came home with a bob and they shared a hairbrush with my daughter and another client.
