We had an unpleasant experience here. Discourteous staff. We had informed over phone that we were 3 mins over their scheduled time due to stopped traffic in the parking garage. They took another appointment and refused to accommodate us. While I understand we were late, they could have just told us over the phone that they couldn’t accept us and we would have not bothered rushing with a toddler. Instead they decided to tell us after making us wait 25 mins.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. We had booked two appointments at the same time in advance, but the front desk told us that because they were under the same booking, we would have to be served one after the other by the same stylist. This made no sense, and it completely ignored the fact that we had scheduled and confirmed our spots. First haircut for little one… for $50, I was expecting a higher quality cut… it was more like a $10 cut. Decent amount of unevenness. Staff were super friendly though, but honestly not good enough to come back… :(
