Not very impressed. Took our 1.5 year old son for his first haircut. The place looks cool and the haircut was decent, but the hair dresser didn't really seem happy to be there and didn't really interact with our child at all. She talked to my husband and I a lot though. We were pretty happy with the cut when we left. This morning, the day after, when my son woke up I noticed one sideburn is completely botched (Cut too short and angled up towards forehead) and she said nothing when it happened. The initial website I showed my three year old who hates getting hair cuts, showed a police car, fire engine, and lightning McQueen car to sit in and get hair cuts. He was so excited. We got there and at this location they had a pink car, yellow truck, and a blue car, all of which were old, junky looking, and worn down. He was very disappointed and threw a fit about getting his hair cut after seeing those. We don't "cater" to his wants but I would have been disappointed too as a 3 year old. Hairdresser was not polite, seemed bored to be there, screwed up my kids hair. The cuts here at $20 for a little boys cut, it would be worth it if they made the experience a little better and not rushed. Not even sure why we were rushed when we were the only customer in there.
