I really wanted to love this place since I have 3 little boys and it's kid friendly. The boys and I went for dinner, staff was kind, food was cooked fresh and hot and was really good until I found a hair in my plate. Even after that, I thought well stuff happens. About 5 minutes later my son found a hair in his food. Not sure what's going on, hope it's just an isolated incident.

Me and my husband ordered the prime rib special on Friday. We've eaten prime rib in well know steak houses here, none of them topped the one we got here at Shati's. It was delicious!!

I love the staff and quality of food. I love that they do free pie Wednesday and are open 24 hours a day. If I had to make one complaint it would be that the portion sizes are inconsistent. Sometimes I go and I get no fries or barely any salad and other times I go and I'm drowning in food!

I told the cashier my bacon was cold when she asked me how was the food and she didn't even acknowledge my comment. I'm good.
