Who is put on hold for 10 minutes to place an order to pick up, told it will take TEN mins to make, they obviously screw the very simple order up, so it takes way longer. Then not even given a discount? You guys suck!!! Never going to you again.
Unwilling (not unable but unwilling) to accommodate groups larger than 5. They wouldn't put my group in the room that was able to accommodate us because they didn't want to walk back and forth between rooms. #lazy #sharisandregret #gotoapplebees
Service was not the best, waitress seemed put out that she had to work.
My brother went in to use the phone after his friend drive off with his phone and keys. They would not let him use their phone. He's 110 18 year old kid, what threat does he pose? Hipster threat? I called n spoke with the manager, he laughed n did not apologize one time. Not a place I would spend my money when they are jerks. Go to Applebee's.
Horrible service we waited at the door for 30 minutes to be seated and we were the only ones in there. All the waitresses and manager looked and saw us waiting and didn't even bother to acknowledge us that we were even there. It's impossible to get a to go order due to them never answering there phones. Just overall disappointed I work in a restaurant and I could never treat my customers like that.
Very good place to eat and I will go back there to eat again
