The ladies here are absolutely amazing!!! They went above and beyond with their thoughtfulness and kindness tonight �� Thank you so much, my friend LOVES the pie!!!
I've been coming here for about 12 yrs. the food is the same but the service is the worst it's ever been. Even when the restaurant is not busy the service is still bad. It's dinner rush now and only one waitress on the floor.
I loved this place it was pretty early so I only ordered Oatmeal and it had everything you could want to put into it. Blueberries, cranberries, brown sugar, granola and cream. Great service waitress was very nice. When she found out it was my birthday I got free pie! They also make great pies�
Worse service, most awful experience took them forever to take our order then she messed it totally up....How the he'll does someone not know how to fix a hot turkey sandwich. ...Will not go back..the head quarters need under cover boss to see how how horrible they are....and that it doesn't take a waitress 45 minutes to rake an order when not many people. ..Terrible
I went in for dinner with friends and our kiddos and ordered the shrimp omelette. As I ate my omelet, I felt something get stuck in my throat, and as I looked inside my eggs, there were bones. When it was brought up to the manager she said "Well, people who eat shrimp know the can choke on the bones in the shrimp. You should have known." �It was bay shrimp, they don't have a skeletal system so there shouldn't have been any bones!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER!! I never complain but I just had one of the worst salads ever. Definitely not worth 9.99. Very disappointed. :(
Free slice of pie Wednesday's!!! Family gave this dinner a 10 and that is with two very picky eaters! Surprised and very happy with service, food and prices! Basically 1/2 price Red Robin Menu and free dessert!!!! Sharis is on the comeback people!
Food, Drinks pie or shakes come out in a timely manner. The waiters and waitress are well uniformed and polite. Shout out to Dani for your excellent service.
