BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The manager at Sharis Airport Way #218 is very very rude. Not only he tries to “correct” the way I order online, he argues about Mayo that he forgot to add that was requested on the remarks section online. He refuses to give his name and stated “I’m the Manager”. He also forgot to put utensils for my order. Very rude when he called me that my order is ready and when I requested to do a curbside, he said “I’ll be out there when I can” I was literally the only customer during this in-counter. Great food great pies hame potatoes broccoli roll seasoned apples dressing was not so good but everything else was good for here and 15 dollars a plate
Ordered dinner last night, very disappointed in what we received. Half of wife’s salad was wilted and slimy lettuce, no au jus for her sandwich (which was dry). My food was barely crunchy, and seemed to contain more tots than anything. We ordered slices of pie, at $4 a slice, I expected a “normal” size. Both slices could have made 2 normal slices. Will not recommend, nor order from them again. Very disappointed, considering we are trying to support our community during these tough times.

we were on of 3 tables but had to wait over 5 minutes to be seated then another 10 to ask for coffee and juice. the waitress brought the wrong creamer and initially got our order wrong despite writing it down. the food came pretty quickly but the soft boiled eggs were hard boiled, my requested well done sauage was barely cooked, the biscuit was large but flat and the sausage gravy had 0 flavor and despite looking i only found 3 flecks of sausage in it and a lot of parsley for some reason. the hashbrowns and orange juice were... read more
Service by the asst mngr, I believe her name was Debbie, her service was absolutely impeccable and she was very accommodating in every way.
I just at at Shari’s Willows Pond yesterday. Delightful server and other staff! AND now it is being FORCED to close for indoor dining for NO GOOD REASON!!! There was absolutely NO risk for covid when I was there! AND in fact unlike other places they actually gave me a menu plus salt and pepper shakers. They clean them all carefully. I will be back there as soon as they can open again. There is NO reason for our “Governor”. to try to ruin business of places like this!!!
