Louis and Jay are the only reason I go. I don't get the best food but I do get the best service. Those two have sobered me up numerous times with fast service and a smile. They are beasts of the industry.
The food was good, but no cruetons for the salad. Only one cherry tomato & two thick slices of cucumber. Never did get ketchup for my fries & they weren't even busy.

We come down from Vancouver every year for the Formula Drift racing and go out of our way to stay at hotels near Shari's...
Went in this morning for breakfast. The place was only half full. We waited almost 25 minutes after ordering and still no food. 1 feeble excuse from the waiter that it would only be a little longer. Left 5 bucks on the table and walked out. Very poorly managed place.
