My boyfriend got really bad food poisoning from here. when we talked to the manager. He could care less. Awful food and Awful service
Excellent customer service. Orders accurate. Reasonable waiting period for entrees. My husband enjoyed his biscuits and gravy. My youngest liked her grilled cheese. My cranberry pecan salad sandwich was the perfect and delicious.late super.
WE ONLY come for the pie. the other fare is just so so. Other places with better prices and food just not close to home.
Shari's was one of my favorite restaurants. The last time I was in Shari's a 2% surcharge was added to my bill because I paid with a credit card. I formerly visited Shari's 3-4 times a month. I will not return!

Yesterday I came in there wasn’t a lot of people so I sat down and waited I was ready to order right away and I told the server I was ready and she’s like let me go attend the other people but with bad attitude she responded , and she was the only one � there and another guy was just standing and not doing anything he was a server also bad ass service I just left right away!!!
I'm so disappointed in my local Shari's. The food is great and the last 3 times I've ordered the same thing but EACH time here's been a problem with my to go order. No offer of compensation or a discount for the inconvenience. It's just annoying when the slightest acknowledgement beyond "We're sorry" would go a long way.
