Staff service over the phone was completely unprofessional and uncaring on 08/05/2020, between 4:45pm - 6:15pm. All I wanted to do was get the promotional code for free pie Wednesday. To use with my online delivery order. It’s clearly stated online, that free pie is included on Wednesday with online delivery. Next the staff lied to the manager, about placing me on hold for 20 minutes, without answering, the second time I called. I suppose the staff didn’t think, I overheard the conversation with the manager.

We come here often and tonight it appeared the servers were not on their game. Four different waiters and the service was still poor. They didn’t know what each other was doing. Kind of weird way to serve a table. There was 7 of us. Very disappointing tonight.
we order Door Dash a lot. the food is usually cold by the time we get it, but, seriously....sending out a burnt cinnamon roll is just asanine.
never go in there on a Sunday for breakfast and lunch you'll wait half an hour to get served after waiting 20 minutes to get your order taken then you won't get a refill before you eat your food and you wait 30 minutes after even the manager comes up after waiting for the waitress and ask you what you want to drink you said yeah I need a drink a root beer 28 minutes later you still don't have it
Last time we were there they had started adding a 2% charge if you pay with a credit card. I haven’t been back since. There are lots of places to eat that don’t penalize me for not carrying cash.
