This was my first visit to a Shari's. The service was great. I ate lunch with a friend and ordered a meal for my husband when my friend and I were finished. But when I got home with it I realized there was no hollandaise sauce on the eggs. When I called to complain and they told me that they would make some for me to come pick up. ??!! That would be a 40 minute wait for my husband to get the sauce to add to what would be cold eggs. He loves a similar dish from Perkins, also eggs benedict with avocado. Always a good meal at Sharis...fresh nice presentation, good coffee and tea, food is always hot (unless ordering salads,in which case always fresh) usually fast service and outstanding breakfast...it can get very busy. Recommended
Horrid experience. We ordered 2 steaks . My husband ordered his medium and it came out more than well done . As we had been waiting forever for the food we just said we’d eat it but obviously they needed to not charge us for it . They only took off the drink ! Ridiculous. Also the steak was the size of a credit card !!! We for sure thought they gave us the petite steak, but they claimed a petite steak was 2 inches! What a joke. Will never go back which sucks after being a loyal customer.
We have had lunch and a breakfast here. Both meals were delicious and the coffee was good. The only thing negative was the breakfast portions were too big and could have been a bit smaller.
Great food and service. Marc Aguilar was our server and he was fantastic. Daniel Magdalano was our cook. Best omelet I've ever had here! I totally recommend this night crew!
