Very good food, affordable and quick. Would recomment the penne alfredo with chicken and mushroom, it was delicious.

Only good thing about this place tonight was the pie we took home. Waited over an hour for our food. Then we didn’t get what we ordered. Food was cold, soggy, and burnt. When brought up to the waitress, she barely acknowledged it and had major attitude. No apologies. I see a common thing of reviews which is sad because we have gone in the morning when it’s busy and had great service. Went in with my family last night. The place wasn't that busy. And yet we waited over an hour for our food, which we never got. Only our appetizer and drinks. And even those took too long to get. When we tried to ask the manager about our food, we got attitude and annoyance. We had to ask about our food. None of the staff told us there was any delay. No apology or offer of discount for the delay either. In the end, we paid for the drinks and appetizers and left. Not even an apology from the front desk.
The dinner doesn't include soup or salad. Had salmon but the veggies came to the table cold. Service was attentive. Overall I will come back.
Service was marginal, hash browns were not brown, at all. Server never checked in. Super disappointed, since some other locations are so good.
Our first experience with Shari's was in Oregon, two years ago. We loved it, and hoped that this location would be as good; especially since it was right next to our hotel. They did not disappoint. And our server, Meadows was a doll...so cordial and quick witted. Oh, and the Blueberry, Lemon, Sour Cream pie that he recommended...everyone loved it!
