I eat often at Sharis in Meridian the food and service has always been good the only reason I held back from five stars is the bathrooms are not up to good standard the sinks are old and rusty and seem unclean also the outside grounds are unkept the exterior windows are dirty and makes an otherwise good resturant look poor RG Nampa Id

The chairs are hard wood no cushion unless you sit in a booth. Manager is not very professional. One server for over five tables and the only reason we were there was because we were in somewhat of a time crunch because we had waited with no service at the Denny's across the street. I can't speak to the food because I am that mad and in pain from the awful chairs I can't eat with my son and friends. Wow! Fabulous customer service from the manager Rachelle. Greeted everyone at the door, was seating and getting drinks for the servers. She made us feel welcome and comfortable. Her customer service is out of this world! We will definitely be back to Airport Way Shari’s! Thank you

On Wednesday 12/7/2022, at the Shari's on Beltline in Springfield Oregon, I brought my elderly mother-in-law in for pie and coffee after her doctor's appointment. There was a small lunch rush of elderly customers. The waitress took several minutes to acknowlage our presents. I know she was busy, but that acknowledment is very important. I eat breakfast at Shari’s usually 4 times a week. It is always a great experience, the wait staff are great, but the ones that stands out the best is Carroll Throw. She is great.

I had the Senior salmon dinner entrée. The rice pilaf was the driest rice pilaf I’ve ever had in my life! The salmon was so dry I think they resurrected it from three days earlier and then used up a full tablespoon of salt to disguise the fact that it was so old. The broccoli could have used some butter. No lemon or tartar sauce for the salmon. This $11 meal was worth maybe $2.50.

I stopped at this location to be warmly greeted by the server Kaede was my server an she wasr very attentative an the food was awesome,. Will definitely come to this location again.

ALWAYS friendly service and healthy choices for family. Everyone finds their favorite here. Pie selection is outstanding. Never a disappointment.

December 20th, 2020 I walked in to Shari's on Franklin Rd in Boise. I was picking up an order that was made online. A woman stated that the cook was still preparing the order. I waited at the counter directly in front of the cooks, where they put the order up when it's ready. There was a red haired woman, hair pulled up in a ponytail probably in her forties, teaching a young new (African American) employee how to check orders before they are taken to the table.
