Sick of getting cold food!! It’s very inconsistent rather the place is packed or not, how warm your food is!
it wasn't very busy and service was very very slow
RecommendedMeegan and LC are excellent whenever we go in. both are friendly outgoing without being intrusive and extremely good at their position. Meegan Obviously cares about her staff and runs a very efficient ship. employees were happy, food was on time and as always, very good. Bravo to the Murray Allen store for having IT going on.
I went there around Christmas time and I found a hair in my food. I asked the waitress for a new dish because of it. We were seated at a table near the kitchen and could see inside and saw that none of the staff were wearing hair nets or their hair pulled back at least. I asked my brother in law who is a cook and he said that hair should be pulled back and in a hair net if long. I will not be eating at that location in the future. The waitresses were nice though.
The waitress didn't check on how I like my food, or if I needed anything else. She brought my food, and went on her business.
Hashbrown was oily . Steak was chewy ,wings were good and the waitress were nice
My sirloin was a bit over cooked and the portions were way smaller than the last time
Our pancakes were slightly burnt on one side. It had a bit of an after. My eggs over easy was cooked all the way. They were kinda busy but still it's no excuse for poor cooking.
