Well where do i start . I only been living here for a short amount of time may 3months and i already had to call maintenance over 5 times, the neighbor cars was broken into shortly after i moved in . I see rat droppings in the cabinets , the outside trash is always filled to the brim by people that dont stay in the complex but yet i get a bill every month for trash. When I first moved here, the building was great. I love living here but then came the rats and I live on the second floor so how are the rats getting to the second floor? They’re eating through the walls, and they won’t send out the proper pest control to control the situation, Now I’m just ready to go because I can’t take it ,On top of that, we done went through three different property managers I can’t keep up ,,,,,,, the building is in foreclosure they have different buyers that come every month to walk through ur unit to... read more
