At this place, the staff is always friendly, service is fast, food is good, lots a ' water, cold pop, and black hot coffee, what else can I ask?
The worst costumer service, even the manager presented herself like she was too busy to help with even a question! Just pathetic!
Boughten alcohol here numerous times. My friend is one of the managers and I eat here at least once a month. That stops tonight. Was denied a mimosa with my drink because I was told my ID wasn't valid. My legal ID was denied. Was I asked to speak with a manager the server walked away shouting at me from across the restaurant making a huge scene. I asked for my ID and to leave and they held it in kitchen and refused to bring out a manager. Lost my service and my friends.
How about greeting folks with a smile, not put a family of 3 at a corner table in the back by the kitchen, not throwing the menus on the table along with the kids crayons, oh and how about filling the drinks up a bit. It took them a while to seat us when we got here. Now i remember why we never come here.
Never really like going there. Service isn't very good. It was the only place close to home that was open.
The service wasn't very good. Did alot of waiting. The server never came back after delivering the food to see if we needed anything or would like refills on our drinks.
I had the Salmon Caesar salad and the salmon was old, Not enough salad per salmon ratio so I won't ever order that again, my granddaughter had the sampler cheese sticks were gross, possibly will never go back to Shari's again it was definitely NOT worth the money I paid I think McDonald's probably could have done better and I don't like McDonald's just saying.
