RecommendedGreat service great food very clean
Toast was just covered in butter. It was literally oozing out every side of the bread and when I opened it a huge clump fell to my plate. Asked for new toast and it came the exact same way!!! Third time asked for no butter. My son got cold sausage links. And pancakes were also soggy with butter! Yuk! Never again
The waitstaff are wonderful and my food always arrives with a smile and happy greeting. Never been disappointed.
Waitresses were rude. Pie was stale, missing items from order. Horrible customer service. Will NEVER eat there again. Waste of time and money. Refused to hand us our check, and when she finally did she was very rude and slamming items around. This was the 3rd time we experienced such bad service. From greeting us, to checking out. Rather drive to CDA for better service.
manager does not care about his employees safety!
if an employee says theyre in danger to a manager, the manager needs to take action. take care of your employees!!!!!
It really clean and they have great and sweet waitress and employees. We enjoy our lunch as a family there. very relaxing and peaceful..
Always enjoy dining at Shari’s with their great service and of course their pies. Has a nice comfortable atmosphere due to be surrounding noise. Always have make ourselves to get up to leave due to being so comfortable and content.
I ordered the ultimate country fried steak and eggs with cheese and loaded hashbrowns with a side of link sausage. The steak was substandard very cheap product it was not edible. The scrambled eggs were dry. The gravy was not good. The link sausage was also substandard and lots of fat very little meat. However the cranberry apple pie is delicious. I would be willing to pay for quality product that was tasty. If this is to keep their costs down it is a huge mistake.
