Dr. Mednitsky is the first therapist who I felt was fully engaged in our discussions, and not just running on auto-pilot. She remembered things I said 1-5 sessions ago. I see her more of a life coach as she helps me develop coping strategies. I have 2 chronic and serious medical conditions which are difficult to manage.
